Refund Policy

1. Overview
We want you to be happy with ThumbRank. If the Service isn’t right for you, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your first paid charge on a new subscription, no questions asked. This page explains how that works.
2. Eligibility
You can request a refund if all of the following are true:
- It has been fewer than 7 days since your first paid charge on the current subscription.
- You have not previously received a refund for a ThumbRank subscription.
- You request the refund through the channel described below (so we can verify the account and prevent abuse).
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within the 7-day window. After 7 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but you may cancel future renewals at any time.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email refunds@thumbrank.io with:
- The email address on your ThumbRank account.
- The date of the charge you want refunded.
- A one-line reason (optional but helps us improve).
We confirm receipt within 1 business day and process eligible refunds within 5 business days. The refund goes back to the original payment method via our payment processor, Paddle.
4. What Happens After a Refund
- Your subscription is cancelled immediately and you lose access to paid features.
- Your account is downgraded to the free / waitlist tier.
- You can re-subscribe at any time in the future.
5. Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of clear abuse (for example, repeated sign-ups to claim the 7-day window repeatedly, or chargebacks followed by refund requests). If we suspect abuse, we may ask for additional verification.
Refunds are not provided for:
- Renewal charges more than 7 days after the renewal date.
- Add-ons or one-time purchases older than 7 days.
- Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
6. Chargebacks
If you don’t recognize a charge, please email us first at refunds@thumbrank.io before opening a chargeback with your bank. Most issues are resolved within a single email. Filing a chargeback for a charge you authorized may result in account suspension.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Existing subscriptions remain governed by the version of this policy in effect at the time of purchase.
